Lily Collison is an author and medical scientist. She serves as Program Director of Gillette Children’s Healthcare Press at Gillette’s Children’s Hospital, Minnesota, leading the publication of a series of nine books on childhood-acquired, largely lifelong conditions. A healthcare advocate, Lily’s experience with her third son led her to write her first book, Spastic Diplegia (2020). Lily is a board member of the global Cerebral Palsy Foundation which is leading a five-year academic healthcare programme on cerebral palsy (CP) care and research in Ireland. She is also a board member of the Irish Health Service Executive. She holds degrees in Science from Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin.
