Hilary O’Meara is the Country Managing Director of Accenture in Ireland, a role she has held since January 2023. She also leads Accenture’s Resources Industry sector across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, shaping the future of the utility, energy, chemical, and natural resources industries.
With over 30 years at Accenture, Hilary has held key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Accenture’s UK and Ireland business, and Head of Strategy & Consulting and Technology for Accenture in Ireland. She is passionate about modern leadership, empowering talent, fostering development, and promoting an inclusive culture. Hilary is also dedicated to accelerating decarbonisation and driving sustainable solutions.
Hilary serves on the Board of Accenture in Ireland and is a member of the UCD College of Business Irish Advisory Board and the Board of Open Doors Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin.
